Floor screed with stability

Mix screed with FlexiDry and you have a highly stable material that won't shrink and can handle underfloor heating. Lay larger areas, and forget making good.

Perfect screed for underfloor heating

FlexiDry fast drying floor screed is the recommended screed for use with underfloor heating, the preferred heat source for more and more designers. A FlexiDry fast drying floor screed will handle temperature fluctuations without problems.

Water repellent screed

With FlexiDry added, your fast drying floor screed has water repellant properties. No need to seal – so another time and money consuming process is removed from the build.

Increased abrasion resistance

Screed treated with FlexiDry provides a stronger surface, faster. So the risk of surface damage prior to laying finishes is substantially reduced.

Compatible with latex adhesives

Unlike some screed mixes, a FlexiDry fast drying floor screed will not react to latex adhesives – leaving you with greater flexibility when considering floor finishes and fixing options.
