FlexiDry fast drying floor screed has a role to play in the finishing of flooring in hospitals and medical centres. Highly flexible, it is compatible with all types of flooring adhesive in common use.

  • FlexiDry F1 - 7 day fast drying floor screed was installed on an underfloor heating system on a redevelopment project at The North Middlesex University Hospital, Edmonton on behalf of Bouygues (UK) Ltd. The redevelopment is to replace approximately half of the existing buildings on the hospital site and provide state-of-the-art facilities for accident and emergency services, diagnostics, inpatients, operating theatres and endoscopy.

  • FlexiDry F0 - 3 day dry floor screed has been installed at the Royal Chelsea Hospital in London for main contractor Killby and Gayford
  • FlexiDry F3 - 21 day fast drying floor screed has been installed at the new build £2million Centre for the Child, Family and Society at Glyndŵr University.

Glyndwr University

  • FlexiDry F3 - 21 day fast drying floor screed was used on an installation in the MRC Mito Biology Unit at The Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge. FlexiDry F1 - 7 day dry time screed has also been installed in other locations throughout the hospital.
